Booking Policy
Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible. However, bookings can be made within a 24 hours notice period. Bookings with less than a 24-hour notice are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The Private Chef & Yacht Experience must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the exception of classic and promotional cruises which require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours prior to cruise time will be refunded 100%.Cancellations of less than 48 hours will result in forfeiture of any monies paid.
Final guest count can be adjusted up to 48 hours prior to the cruise. Within this time, additional guests can be added but there will be no refund for a reduction in the guest list within the period.
If Aristo Kat Tours has to cancel a cruise due to inclement weather or otherwise unsafe conditions, the guest will receive a 100% refund. If the cruise is shortened to less than half the allotted time due to weather, then guests will receive a 50% refund. Rain by itself or overcast skies does not render a cruise cancelled. The determination concerning unsafe conditions is at the sole discretion of Aristo Kat Tours.
Guests are required to adhere to all instructions from the captain and crew. If guest(s) are unwilling or unable to do so, the captain reserves the right to conclude the cruise early. No refunds will be issued in this case.

Cruising Conditions
The bar remains closed for alcoholic beverages until after snorkeling is completed. The option to snorkel is a group decision. Once any/one person in the group is snorkeling, the bar will remain closed until snorkeling has ended.
All guests must sign the liability waiver prior to boarding the vessels.
It is recommended that guests arrive 10 minutes prior to cruise time to ensure an on-time departure. No additional time will be added for late arrivals. If guests are more than 1.5 hours late, Aristo Kat Tours reserves the right to cancel the cruise.
